Special Holiday MOVIE MATINEE
At 2:30 pm, we'll be presenting on the big screen the third in the Left Behind movie series entitled World at War.
The movie opens with outright devastion apparent. The Whitehouse is in shambles, there are explosions going off, and there is hinted chaos in the background. It's been nearly two years since Nikolai has been the dominant world force, and now he is outright taking over the world through the destruction of key cities worldwide.
The same characters from the previous two movies are back, with the exception of the pastor; however, his replacement brings a greater dimension to his role. The casting of Lou Gosset Jr as the president brought the series up a notch in credibility. This third installment of the series based on the phenomenally popular Left Behind series is the best one yet. There is more of everything: more action, greater character development, more interesting plot. The camera work alone makes the movie more interesting, as the film departs from the usual static set up to one of the almost artful.
Come, beat the heat with us, and enjoy a creative challenge concerning how our future may unfold.

Our meal is being catered by The Heritage Restaurant in Whiting. The cost for individuals is $8 and for couples $15.
